This is the final draft of RP 162, which will be discussed at the workshop.

This draft is results from the integration of over 100 pages of comments and expert reviews.

Any further amendments arising from discussions during the workshop will be integrated during the Expert Groups Review Meetings, which have be held on Wednesday 7th September 2011.
